Cases Plus values your satisfaction with our products. Should your satisfaction be hindered by any problems that would arise out of your purchase of any of our partner manufacturer’ cases, Cases Plus’ own custom cases, or our accessories and other products, you may opt to avail of our warranties and returns which are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Warranty/Defective Products:

If you feel you have a warranty claim, need a repair or have defective parts for any of our partner manufacturers’ cases, Cases Plus custom cases, or our accessories, please contact Cases Plus at 800-982-1880 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Warranty Disclaimers:

This site and its contents are delivered as-is. Cases Plus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties relating to products offered, sold and distributed by Cases Plus which include, but are not limited to, our partner manufacturers’ cases, Cases Plus custom cases, and our accessories, are subject to individual product warranty terms and conditions, if any, provided in connection with the applicable products.

Returns and Exchanges:

Items being returned MUST be returned in the original condition and packaging. The packages must be marked with an RMA number provided by Cases Plus. Returns must be sent back with freight prepaid. If not, the shipment will be refused. At the time of receipt, Cases Plus will inspect the return and if all the conditions above are met, a refund less freight will be issued. Cases Plus has the final decision whether items returned are eligible for a full refund.
Stock items: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or give a refund for the amount, less freight, if returned within 30 days of original purchase. If the product is missing anything (i.e. a foam interior) it will be deducted from the refund amount. After 30 days, any returns will be at the sole discretion of Cases Plus.

The products that fit in this category follow:

Pelican, Pelican Storm, SKB, Gemstar and UK cases, and Cases Plus custom cases that are empty, have pluck foam or dividers that were sold out of stock which are in the original condition and packaging.
Return requests, other than Warranty claims, will be assessed and approved on a case-to-case basis due to differing manufacturer's return policies; Cases Plus and the Manufacturer reserve the right not to accept any product for return
