Custom cases and custom foam are non-returnable and non-cancellable once ordered. NON-RETURNABLE/NON-CANCELLABLE PRODUCTS The following products are constructed to customer specifications at time of order and are NON-RETURNABLE / NON-CANCELLABLE once ordered:  Any special order/non stock product Any customized product Custom Foam / Interior Cushioning Systems Pelican-Hardigg Cases and Containers ZERO Plastic Cases All returns must have a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to returning to Cases Plus. Returns without RMA will not be accepted and returned to customers at their expense. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Cases must be returned prepaid freight in original packaging and in resalable condition. Return requests, other than Warranty claims, will be assessed and approved on a case by case basis due to differing manufacturer's return policies; Cases Plus and the Manufacturer reserve the right not to accept any product for return.
